Provider’s engagements |
The provider’s – SQLape sàrl –
engagements are following : -
to deliver the
products ordered; -
to correct possible
non conformities announced by the customer in a 30 days interval; -
to publish the
customer’s electronic mail on its internet site, to facilitate the exchanges
of experiences among SQLape® products users. |

Customer’s engagement |
By subscribing this licence agreement, the customer’s is engaged to
fulfil following requirements : to respect the rights of the author (©
Yves Eggli, 2009) and of the owner of the trade mark SQLape®, especially : no
to reproduce or diffuse the delivered software packages in any form. The use
of those software packages and the copy of documents are allowed only for the
own use of the customer. |

Responsibility |
The provider of the delivered products and the author of SQLape
products cannot be held as in charge of the consequences related to the use
of the SQLape® software packages. |
|
Contract’s duration |
The term of the utilization
licence is December 31st of the year of the contract. Except written
denunciation by one of the parts 3 months before its expiry, the contract is
renewed tacitly at the same conditions for one year subject to a possible
indexing (consumption Swiss index). The provider then sends a new protection
key; the old one is returned by the customer by mail. |
